Request a return or cancellation

Start your return or cancellation

1. Sign in with the email address used for your order and the code sent to your inbox.
2. Open your order. Choose a return for received items or a cancellation for items that have not shipped.
3. Select the items and confirm your request. You will then receive an email confirmation.

You can also give notice of statutory withdrawal by emailing contact@motiondistrictstore.com. Using your account is optional.

30-day returns

In addition to your statutory rights, Motion District offers a voluntary 30-day return period after receipt. Request your return within this period at contact@motiondistrictstore.com and include your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Statutory withdrawal does not depend on our prior approval.

Statutory withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days starting the day after receipt. Send a clear statement by email or use the model form below. You then have another 14 days after your notice to return the goods.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is not an absolute condition for statutory withdrawal.

Voluntary extension

For notice after the statutory period but within 30 days of receipt, our additional return policy covers unworn, unwashed and undamaged items. Include original packaging and labels where reasonably possible. These additional conditions do not limit statutory rights.

Return costs and faults

You pay direct return costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods as required by your statutory rights. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

For statutory withdrawal, we refund within 14 calendar days of your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method without extra charges. For full withdrawal, we also refund the original cost of the least expensive standard delivery; upgrades are not refunded. For the voluntary extension, we refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods.
