These terms apply to purchases from Motion District. Send enquiries and complaints to contact@motiondistrictstore.com.
Product characteristics, sizes, prices and availability appear on product pages. Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs and discounts appear in checkout before the order is placed. Orders are confirmed electronically. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we contact you and refund amounts received when the agreement is cancelled.
Choose a payment method offered in checkout. Processing, delivery and tracking details appear in our shipping policy. Statutory duties for late or failed delivery remain applicable.
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We also offer the voluntary 30-day return policy explained in our returns policy. Conditions for that extension do not limit statutory withdrawal.
Goods must conform to the agreement. Contact us about faults, damage or incorrect items with your order number and a description. Your statutory rights to an appropriate remedy remain applicable. We usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Our privacy policy explains personal data processing. Website text, images and brands belong to or are licensed by the rights holders; commercial reuse requires permission where required by law.
